محلولة ends in ة, the letter called ta marbuta. In everyday Levantine speech it is pronounced as a short "eh", so writing "-eh" simply records what a listener actually hears.

Our own spelling ends in a single "e" instead, which is shorter and reads naturally to an English speaker. Neither is more correct: one follows the sound, the other follows the reader.
